Hi, I'm Yuriy!

I pursue diverse creative avenues of design, technology, coding, photography, and mixology as I appreciate art and design in a wide variety of forms.

Educated and trained as an architect with bachelor's and two master's degrees in architecture and over 15 years of professional experience, I have worked on projects ranging from designing single-family homes to BIM-managing large-scale developments in places like New York and Dubai.

I like learning languages, both human and computer ones, and as a techie and a self-taught coder I have written thousands of lines of code in my 9-to-5 work and single-handedly developed multiple digital tools for a global architecture company.

Although not formally trained as a photographer, I have successfully photographed numerous events, artists, musicians, bars, food and drinks, you-name-it, and I always delivered a professional product which was featured in my exhibitions.

Mixology gives me a medium for expressing myself in the culinary arts, and after years of studying and perfecting cocktail recipes, I can make you a drink rivaling the best speakeasies and talk for hours about the history and evolution of classic and modern drinks.

I don't limit myself to a title on a business card. I am what I do. I like making beautiful, curious, and useful things, and I do it relentlessly until the result speaks for itself.
