Green Affordable is a low-cost LEED house to be built in Chicago. The project is based on the findings of the award winning Natural Talent competition entry "Resilient Broadmoor" house. The design is intended for elderly people and therefore all spaces are ADA accessible. Front and back porches are equipped with ramps smartly camouflaged behind large planters. This single-family house offers combined spaces of living-dining-kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, and large front and back porches.
+ Co-designed this single family ADA accessible house.
